This padded waterproof coat is made of polyester pongee PVC fabric and 100% polyester lining inside. Soft and comfortable, the jacket is windproof and 3000mm waterproof. It has silver reflective back print and box-quilted lining. The jacket has a detachable hood, adjustable Velcro cuffs, 2 lower zip pockets, and 2 contrasting upper zip pockets.
